LICENSE AGREEMENT OF MAILOID COMPANY

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY! The present license agreement (this "Agreement") is a legal document between You (either an individual person or a single legal entity) and MAILOID COMPANY about MAILOID COMPANY software ("Program", or "Software") obtained by You, including any associated media, printed materials and built-in or electronic documentation. The Software also includes any software updates and add-on components and/or supplements that MAILOID COMPANY provides. Any program components, offered together with the software, rules of usage stipulated by a separate license agreement are provided in accordance with the latter.  By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, access or use the Software.

SOFTWARE LICENSE
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties, as well as intellectual property laws and treaties.  The Software is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This agreement gives you the following rights:
-  Application software. General License Grant to install, use and modify a copy of this Software on one computer. This computer's main user can create another copy, but only for private use on portable computer. 
-  This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.  In particular, MAILOID COMPANY is not liable for possible faults and bugs in work of other software on installing the Program. 
- Storage and usage on the net. General License Grant to store the Software distributive on the data storage device (for example, on the net server), used particularly for Program storage. When installing the Software add-ins on local computer, you should obtain and register the license. 
- Authorization. MAILOID COMPANY grants You any rights only by clear confirmation.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.   - Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding the fact that this limitation present in the License Agreement. 
- Separation of Component Parts. The Software is licensed as a single product. 
  Its component parts may not be separated on a stand alone basis and should only be used as parts of the installed Software. Components include separate software modules, as well as budgets (icons, headbands, skins and so on). 
- Trademarks. This Agreement does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks of MAILOID COMPANY. 
-  No rental, leasing or commercial hosting. You may not rent, lease, lend or provide commercial hosting services to third parties with the Software.  
-  Support Services. MAILOID COMPANY will acknowledge all your comments on the Software and will possibly use them for further product support and development.
-  Software Transfer. Except as specified in this Agreement, You may not transfer the Software to the third parties. 
-  Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, MAILOID COMPANY may terminate this Agreement if You fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, You must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

3. SOFTWARE UPDATE. To obtain the updated software version of MAILOID COMPANY, You should have valid Agreement. If the Program is an updated version you have the license for, the Software should only be used as a whole. Its component parts may not be separated and should only be used as parts of the updated Software.

4. COPYRIGHT. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software, as well as copyrights (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and any copies of the Program), are owned by MAILOID COMPANY and its suppliers.

All property rights and copyrights to the content, access to which is provided by the Program, belong to the copyright owner and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The present Agreement does not grant You any rights to access the content. Copying of the printed materials associated the Software is forbidden.
